Schedule: Full-Time | Monday – Friday

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide full-time behavioral support in a school or community-based setting. If you're passionate about helping individuals with developmental disabilities thrive, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Deliver Level 1 Behavioral Support services under the supervision of a BCBA or other qualified professional.

• Implement individualized behavior strategies developed from Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).

• Provide direct 1:1 behavioral support and coaching in both school and community environments.

• Assist with caregiver and staff training on data collection and positive behavior interventions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related human services field.

• Minimum 1 year of experience supporting individuals with developmental or behavioral needs.

• Active RBT certification preferred or ability to obtain upon hire.
