Are you a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) looking to make a real impact on students' lives? We are currently hiring a full-time RBT for a school-based role for the 2025–2026 school year. In this role, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), provide direct therapy sessions, and monitor student progress. You will be an integral part of a team committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with diverse needs.
Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs): Deliver individualized interventions to address behavioral and developmental challenges
Provide Direct ABA Support: Lead 1:1 and small group therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, behavior, and social skills
Track and Record Data: Collect and analyze data to assess the effectiveness of interventions and monitor student progress
Collaborate with Teachers & Families: Work closely with educators, special education staff, and families to ensure consistency across all environments
Foster Positive Classroom Behavior: Contribute to a structured, supportive, and inclusive classroom atmosphere
RBT certification (or willingness to obtain certification)
High school diploma or GED
Experience working with children or individuals with behavioral challenges or developmental disabilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-based school environment
Background in ABA, psychology, special education, or a related field
Familiarity with ABA data collection tools (e.g., CentralReach, Catalyst)
Previous experience working in schools or with students who have Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
