Make a lasting impact in education! We’re actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a full-time, school-based position in the 2025–2026 academic year. About the Role

As an RBT, you will work closely with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans, deliver direct ABA therapy, and support students in achieving their behavioral and academic goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs): Use tailored strategies to reduce challenging behaviors and teach alternative skills.

  • Deliver Direct ABA Therapy: Conduct one-on-one and small group sessions to promote social, emotional, and academic development.

  • Collect and Analyze Data: Track progress, monitor the effectiveness of interventions, and contribute to team evaluations.

  • Collaborate with School Staff and Families: Partner with teachers, therapists, and parents to ensure consistent behavior support across settings.

  • Promote Positive Behavior: Help create structured, inclusive classrooms where students can thrive.


Required Qualifications

  • Active RBT certification (or willingness to become certified)

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

  • Experience with children, especially those with behavioral or developmental challenges

  • Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a school-based team setting


Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in ABA, psychology, education, or related fields

  • Familiarity with ABA data tools (e.g., CentralReach, Catalyst)

  • Previous experience with IEPs and supporting students in school environments
