Location: Multiple High Schools in the New Orleans Area

Position: Behavior Analyst - BCBA

Overview: We are seeking dedicated and passionate Behavior Analysts to join our team for this year and the upcoming school year. This position will support multiple high schools in the New Orleans area, working collaboratively with students, staff, and families to enhance student success through effective behavioral interventions.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Provide direct support and training to staff and families
• Collaborate with educators to implement behavior management strategies
• Monitor student progress and make necessary adjustments to intervention plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the overall educational goals for students

Requirements:

• Active Illinois State Licensure (Licensed Behavior Analyst)
• National BCBA Certification
