Paraeducator / Paraprofessional
We are seeking dedicated Paraeducators/Paraprofessionals to support students in K-12 classrooms. This role involves assisting teachers with instruction, classroom management, and providing individualized support to students.
Location: South Lyon, MI
Job Type: Full-Time & Part-Time Positions Available
Pay: $22+ per hour
Responsibilities:
- Support students with academic and behavioral needs
- Assist teachers with lesson implementation
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Provide one-on-one or small group assistance
- Help manage classroom activities and transitions
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in an educational setting preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for working with children and supporting their success
