BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) | RBT Supervision

Blazer Jobs is proud to partner with the school district in Springfield, GA to hire a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, onsite position for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive educational team and make a direct impact by supervising district Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Position Details:

• Dates: August 6, 2025 – May 20, 2026 (estimated)

• Hours: 37.5 hours/week (full-time)

• Caseload: District-wide RBT supervision

• Location: Onsite in Springfield, GA

• Pay: $37–$42/hour (based on experience)

• Contract renewal: Based on performance and district needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) across the district

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

• Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Collaborate with educators, families, and IEP teams

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes

• Ensure compliance with state and federal behavioral service regulations

State Requirements:

• Must hold an active GA BCBA license

• Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
