Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking to bring your skills into a supportive, student-focused school setting? We’re hiring a BCBA to serve schools in Vallejo, California, where your behavioral expertise can make a direct and lasting difference in students’ academic and emotional development.
This is a full-time, school-year role based in a collaborative education environment, perfect for behavior analysts who are passionate about school-based work and want to grow their career in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and communicate findings with school teams
Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Oversee data collection and behavior tracking systems
Collaborate with general and special education staff, administrators, and families to support student success
Deliver training, consultation, and ongoing coaching to educators on behavior strategies and systems
Serve as a resource for positive behavior supports (PBIS) and crisis intervention strategies
Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
Certification: Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Experience: Prior school-based or pediatric behavioral experience preferred, but not required
