Are you a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) looking to bring your skills into a supportive, student-focused school setting? We’re hiring a BCBA to serve schools in Vallejo, California, where your behavioral expertise can make a direct and lasting difference in students’ academic and emotional development.

This is a full-time, school-year role based in a collaborative education environment, perfect for behavior analysts who are passionate about school-based work and want to grow their career in the San Francisco Bay Area.

What You’ll Do in This Role

• Complete Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and communicate findings with school teams

• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Oversee data collection and behavior tracking systems

• Collaborate with general and special education staff, administrators, and families to support student success

• Deliver training, consultation, and ongoing coaching to educators on behavior strategies and systems

• Serve as a resource for positive behavior supports (PBIS) and crisis intervention strategies

What We’re Looking For

• Education: Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Certification: Current BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Experience: Prior school-based or pediatric behavioral experience preferred, but not required

• Key Strengths: Strong collaboration skills, professional communication, proactive problem-solving, and a student-first mindset
