URGENT HIRING: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Warrington, PA
We are looking for an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for an immediate full-time placement in a school setting. This role runs through the school year with a strong chance of summer (ESY) extension.
Location: Warrington, New Britain, PA areas.
Duration: ASAP – June 6, 2025 (Possible ESY extension)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM (30 hours/week)
Caseload: High school (severe caseload)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 support for an 18-year-old male student
- Implement behavior intervention strategies
- Assist with de-escalating maladaptive aggressive behaviors
- Support student’s daily routines and educational goals
Requirements:
- Active RBT certification
- Experience with crisis intervention & de-escalation strategies
- Preferred: Crisis intervention training
