Are you a dedicated BCBA looking to make a meaningful impact in a supportive and collaborative educational environment? We’re hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst to provide district-wide support for students across K–12 settings in West Chicago, IL for the upcoming school year.

Position Overview

• Contract Dates: August 21, 2025 – June 4, 2026

• Schedule: Full-time | 35 hours per week

• Caseload: K–12 students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

• Work Environment: Travel between multiple school sites within the district

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)

• Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to improve student outcomes

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Reliable transportation for travel between schools

• 2–3 professional references
