Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Qualifications:
- Current RBT certification in good standing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with moderate - severe behaviors
- Must have training on de-escalation, familiar with CPI, and able to handle difficult situations.
Position Highlights:
- Full-Time: 37.5 hours/week
- ASAP - June 2025
- Onsite Only
- Caseload: 2nd - 3rd Graders
- Responsibilities Include:
- Support students with disabilities such as autism/down syndrome
- Assist with behavioral challenges such as hitting, biting, spitting, eloping
- Supporting behavior support plans
- May have to participate in bathroom duties/toileting
- Hourly Pay: $30-35+ dependent on experience
