Full-Time BCBA Opportunity Elementary Caseload | Onsite in Yelm, WA

Blazer Jobs is proud to partner with the Yelm School District in hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2025–2026 school year. This full-time, onsite opportunity will serve elementary-aged students across multiple buildings in the district.

Position Details:

• Location: Yelm, WA

• Schedule: Full-Time | 7.5 hours/day (includes .5 hr unpaid lunch)

• Contract Dates: September 3, 2025 – June 10, 2026 (trainings may be scheduled before start)

• Caseload: Elementary; several buildings

• Renewal: Based on performance and district need

• Work Setting: Onsite only

Daily Responsibilities:

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)

• Collaborate with IEP teams, staff, and families to support student goals

• Monitor and analyze behavioral data and make ongoing adjustments to plans

• Provide training and support to paraprofessionals, teachers, and support staff

• Ensure compliance with all district, state, and federal regulations

• Offer ongoing consultation and observation across multiple elementary schools

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or related field

• Current BCBA certification (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)

• Must meet Washington State requirements for school-based BCBAs

• Prior school-based experience strongly preferred

• Ability to travel between school buildings as needed

Washington State Requirements:

• Valid BCBA certification recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

• Must hold or be eligible to obtain an Educational Staff Associate (ESA) certificate through the Washington Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction (OSPI)

• Must pass state background checks and fingerprinting requirements
