Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current RBT certification in good standing
- Experience working with moderate - severe behaviors
- Must have training on de-escalation, familiar with CPI, and able to handle difficult situations.
Position Highlights:
- Full Time: 32.5 hours/week
- ASAP - June 2026
- Onsite Only
- Caseload: 1:1 with Elementary School Students
- Responsibilities Include:
- Support students with disabilities such as autism/down syndrome
- Assist with behavioral challenges such as hitting, biting, spitting, eloping
Hourly Pay: $25-30+ dependent on experience
