About the Role:
The CNA will play a key role in delivering direct health care services and promoting student wellness. You’ll collaborate closely with school staff, students, and families to help ensure a safe, inclusive, and effective learning environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing and health-related services to students as required by health plans or IEPs

• Maintain accurate documentation and case records of health services provided

• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to support student health and safety

• Support student wellness, development, and academic progress by addressing health needs

• Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal health regulations

Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois CNA certification or license required

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional healthcare education preferred

• Experience working in a school or with children/adolescents is preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
