Position Overview:

• Job Title: Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) – School-Based

• Location: Near Fayetteville, NC (Zip Code: 28306) – specific school placement available upon request

• Start Date: August 11, 2025

• End Date: May 27, 2026

• Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday

• Hourly Pay: $35.00 – $40.00, based on experience and qualifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist

• Support students’ IEP goals and help improve fine motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living tasks

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and therapy teams to support student progress

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited program

• Active North Carolina COTA License (required)

• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred but not required

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
