Blazer Jobs is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for a supportive school district in Maple Valley, WA. Candidates will collaborate closely with OTs and school staff to deliver effective therapy services.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy sessions under the supervision of licensed OTs.

• Support caseload management and assist with documentation.

• Collaborate with school staff and families to support student success.

Requirements:

• Active Washington COTA license (or ability to obtain before start date).

• Must complete fingerprinting through OSPI.

• Prior school-based experience strongly preferred.
