Working under the guidance of district Occupational Therapists, youll play a crucial role in supporting larger caseloads. Youll have the chance to collaborate with experienced professionals, visit 1-3 campuses each week, and interact with a variety of students needing your expertise. What Were Looking For:

• Active certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Experience providing OT support in schools strongly preferred
• Comfort working independently across several campuses
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working alongside supervising OTs and school staff
• Dedication to helping students develop daily living and working skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Implement therapy plans as directed by supervising Occupational Therapists
• Travel to assigned campuses weekly to provide interventions and monitor student progress
• Document services clearly and maintain open communication with OTs and other team members
• Contribute to a positive, encouraging environment for students growth
