We are actively seeking a qualified and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a full-time, onsite position in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This opportunity involves working with a K-12 caseload for the 2025–2026 school year in a supportive educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct occupational therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT)
Support the implementation of therapy plans targeting fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, and other functional abilities
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success in the classroom
Monitor student progress and document therapy sessions in compliance with district and state guidelines
Assist in adapting educational materials and environments to promote student independence
Participate in team meetings and contribute to student goal-setting and intervention planning
Requirements:
Associate’s Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Active Florida COTA license
Experience working in school settings is preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Ability to follow OT supervision guidelines and contribute to team-based services
