We are currently seeking a qualified and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to support K–12 students in a school-based setting in Tampa, FL. This full-time, onsite position is for the 2025–2026 school year and offers an excellent opportunity to work as part of a multidisciplinary team to enhance student success and independence.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Implement therapy programs and activities that support students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
Assist in documenting student progress and maintaining accurate records
Collaborate with educators, parents, and related service providers to support student IEP goals
Adapt classroom materials and strategies to promote student participation and independence
Maintain compliance with school district, state, and federal guidelines
Requirements:
Associate’s degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Active Florida COTA license
Previous experience working in a school or pediatric setting preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with school teams and follow OT directives
