Key Qualifications:

• Active Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) in New Hampshire
• Demonstrated expertise in addressing selective mutism in school-aged children
• Strong ability to build rapport with students and school teams
• Experience in school settings or with similar student populations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct individual counseling sessions for three students, addressing selective mutism and related social-emotional needs
• Develop and implement therapeutic goals in coordination with educators and families
• Maintain comprehensive records and complete necessary administrative documentation
• Collaborate with school staff, participate in meetings, and contribute to creating supportive learning environments
• Provide insights and recommendations for student support based on best practices
