We are currently hiring an experienced and dedicated Educational Diagnostician for a full-time, in-person role based in Albuquerque, New Mexico for the 2025–2026 academic year. The professional in this role will work with students across K–12, conducting evaluations and supporting the creation and implementation of effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Job Details:
- Location: Albuquerque, NM
- Schedule: Full-Time (32.5 hours / week), Onsite
- Grade Levels: Kindergarten through 12th Grade
- Duration: 2025–2026 School Year
- Pay Rate: $38 – 40 / hour
- Perform academic and cognitive assessments to determine student eligibility and learning needs
- Write clear, data-driven, and compliant evaluation reports
- Serve as a key member of IEP teams, contributing expert input to support student growth
- Partner with families, teachers, and support staff to design intervention strategies
- Ensure compliance with IDEA, state, and district special education requirements
- Offer consultative support on instructional methods and behavior management
- Master's degree in Educational Diagnostics, Special Education, or a related discipline
- Valid New Mexico Educational Diagnostician License (or eligibility to obtain)
- Proficient in conducting and interpreting standardized academic assessments
- Experience working in school settings with K–12 populations
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and time-management skills
