We are hiring Educational Diagnosticians for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year. These onsite roles offer the opportunity to work within a dynamic educational team, conducting evaluations, guiding placements, and supporting individualized education planning. With multiple openings available, we’re ready to welcome both full-time and part-time professionals passionate about student success.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psycho-educational evaluations for Special Education eligibility
Collaborate with MDT/IEP/ITP teams and lead/schedule meetings
Manage referrals, coordinate student placements, and consult with school staff
Serve as liaison with parents during evaluation and placement processes
Provide technical assistance and IEP training to teachers and staff
Participate in school support and referral teams
Ensure compliance with evaluation timelines and district procedures
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Special Education or a related field
Valid New Mexico Educational Diagnostician license
Minimum of five years of experience supporting individuals with disabilities
Strong knowledge of evaluation/placement processes and Special Education standards
Preferred Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, flexible, and deadline-driven
Experience with diverse student populations
Familiarity with Unified Educational Systems and conflict resolution
Knowledge of District policies and state/national Special Education guidelines
