About the Role:
Educational Diagnosticians are a vital part of a school’s support team, helping students access the services and accommodations they need to succeed. In this role, you’ll conduct formal evaluations, interpret testing data, collaborate on ARD/IEP teams, and serve as a knowledgeable voice within special education services.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conducting Full and Individual Evaluations (FIEs)

• Assisting with IEP development and ARD meetings

• Collaborating with special educators, related service providers, and administrators

• Maintaining timelines and documentation for compliance

• Supporting students and families through the evaluation and eligibility process

Qualifications:

• Must hold a valid Texas Educational Diagnostician certification

• Master’s degree in Special Education or related field

• Prior experience with FIEs and ARDs preferred, but new graduates with strong practicum experience are welcome

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Organized, deadline-oriented, and confident working both independently and within a team
