Key Qualifications:

• Valid Texas Educational Diagnostician Certification required
• Prior experience working as a diagnostician within Texas public schools strongly preferred
• Thorough knowledge of ARD meetings and evaluation procedures; ability to interpret and communicate assessment data effectively
• Willingness to work onsite, 40 hours per week, at a middle school campus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Successful completion of fingerprinting and district background check

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct student evaluations in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Develop detailed and accurate reports outlining assessment findings and recommendations
• Actively participate in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings, collaborating with an ARD Specialist
• Provide guidance and consult with educators and families to foster supportive learning environments
• Maintain accurate records and meet established timelines for assessments and reporting
• Adapt to evolving caseloads and stay updated with best practices in educational diagnostics
