Blazer Jobs is looking for a Spanish-speaking Educational Diagnostician to work with bilingual student populations across schools in El Paso, TX. This role plays a critical part in ensuring fair, equitable, and linguistically responsive assessments that help shape student success.

Hourly pay range: $46–$53/hour, based on experience

Role Responsibilities:
Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate evaluations in Spanish and English
Generate high-quality written reports and participate in ARD/IEP meetings
Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to promote student access and success
Interpret assessment results for Spanish-speaking parents and guardians
Ensure all documentation is compliant with state and school policies
Required Qualifications:
Texas Educational Diagnostician certification
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
Master's degree in Special Education or related field
School-based experience preferred
