Blazer Jobs is looking for a Spanish-speaking Educational Diagnostician to work with bilingual student populations across schools in El Paso, TX. This role plays a critical part in ensuring fair, equitable, and linguistically responsive assessments that help shape student success.

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide culturally and linguistically appropriate evaluations in Spanish and English

• Generate high-quality written reports and participate in ARD/IEP meetings

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to promote student access and success

• Interpret assessment results for Spanish-speaking parents and guardians

• Ensure all documentation is compliant with state and school policies

Required Qualifications:

• Texas Educational Diagnostician certification

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish

• Master's degree in Special Education or related field

• School-based experience preferred
