Key Qualifications:

• Certified as an Educational Diagnostician in Texas
• Demonstrated knowledge of ARDs, evaluations, and Texas public school systems
• Multiple years of experience as an educational diagnostician, ideally within Texas schools
• Full-time availability (40 hours/week); willingness to work in-person on-site
• Strong interpersonal, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to pass district fingerprinting and background requirements

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive educational assessments for middle school students
• Participate meaningfully in ARD committee meetings, with support from ARD Specialists
• Compile, interpret, and present evaluation data for developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, campus specialists, families, and administrators for cohesive student support
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state policies
• Provide consultation and expertise regarding academic and behavioral interventions
