Educational Diagnostician (Ed Diag) Positions - Now Hiring Full Time

Blazer Jobs is actively seeking qualified and experienced Educational Diagnosticians to partner with our trusted school districts in New Orleans, Louisiana. These are school-based contract positions for the 2025–2026 school year, with full-time and part-time opportunities available. The starting rate is $40 per hour, with opportunities for higher compensation based on experience and credentials.

Minimum Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Special Education, Educational Diagnostician Program, or a related field

• Valid Louisiana Educational Diagnostician certification or equivalent

• Understanding of federal and state special education regulations

• Previous school-based experience strongly preferred

Applicants who do not meet the minimum requirements will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and interpret formal and informal assessments

• Develop and contribute to eligibility and IEP meetings

• Collaborate with teachers, school psychologists, and special education teams

• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation

• Support the development of instructional and behavioral strategies based on student needs
