Job Title: Educational Diagnostician
Location: New Orleans, LA

We are seeking a certified Educational Diagnostician to join our team in New Orleans, Louisiana. This position is responsible for evaluating students to determine eligibility for special education services and providing data-driven recommendations to support student success.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive educational evaluations to identify learning needs and eligibility for special education services

• Interpret assessment results and prepare clear, accurate evaluation reports

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and assist in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support instructional planning

• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations related to special education evaluation and documentation

• Monitor student progress and provide follow-up assessments as needed

Requirements:

• Valid certification as an Educational Diagnostician through the Louisiana Department of Education

• Master’s degree in special education, educational diagnostics, or a related field

• Strong knowledge of assessment tools, eligibility criteria, and special education law

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

• Experience working with diverse student populations preferred

Compensation and Benefits:
