We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Middle School Math Teacher for a school near Denver, CO for the 2025-2026 school year. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and standards-based math instruction to students in grades 6-8. The teacher will create a supportive learning environment that encourages student growth, critical thinking, and a love for mathematics.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging math lessons aligned with curriculum standards.
Use diverse teaching methods to meet varied student needs.
Assess and monitor student progress through tests, assignments, and observations.
Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment.
Communicate regularly with parents, students, and staff.
Integrate technology and hands-on activities to enhance learning.
Participate in professional development and school-related events.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics.
Valid state teaching certification with a middle school math endorsement- required
Professional Educator License (PEL)- required
Teaching experience at the middle school level (preferred).
Strong knowledge of middle school math curriculum and instructional best practices.
