Caseload/Details:
EL Specialists in elementary schools may support students in certain grades between K–5 using a flexible service delivery model. The specific grades they service will be determined at the school level in collaboration with other EL Specialists and building administrators.

Most support is delivered in the general education classroom using a push-in/co-teaching model

Newcomers or students with beginning English proficiency may receive short pull-out sessions for focused language instruction
