Deliver engaging, standards-based math instruction in subjects like Algebra I & II, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, or advanced courses
Create lesson plans, assignments, and assessments tailored to student needs
Monitor student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
Collaborate with staff and participate in IEPs when applicable
Promote a focused, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
A valid Louisiana teaching certificate with a high school mathematics endorsement
Bachelor’s degree in Math, Education, or a related field
Previous experience in a high school setting preferred
Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and fingerprint clearance
