We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic High School Science Teacher to join our network for a school-based opportunity in Harvey, Louisiana. This full-time contract position is set for the 2025–2026 school year and is ideal for educators excited about teaching biology, chemistry, or physical science through inquiry-based learning and lab exploration.

Job Requirements

• Active Louisiana teaching certification in Secondary Science

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Education, or a related field

• Knowledge of lab safety and hands-on science instruction

• Strong communication and classroom management skills

Job Duties

• Teach high school science courses such as Biology, Chemistry, or Earth Science

• Develop engaging lesson plans aligned to standards and learning goals

• Conduct lab experiments and use scientific methods to reinforce instruction

• Assess and support student progress through meaningful feedback

• Collaborate with school teams and participate in ongoing professional growth
