Gen Ed Teacher - Kenner, LA

Your primary focus will be on delivering engaging lessons and fostering an inclusive, supportive classroom community. The school assignment(s) and specific student caseload are to be determined, and youll collaborate closely with administrators to best serve your group. This opportunity offers the structure of a traditional school schedule, working Monday to Friday for 7 hours daily plus a 30-minute lunch according to the academic calendar.

What you bring:

• Active Louisiana Department of Education teaching certificate (required; TAT or Teaching Authorization not accepted)
• Experience teaching in an elementary general education classroom preferred
• Solid classroom management abilities and a passion for helping students succeed
• Ability to work collaboratively with fellow educators, staff, and families
• Commitment to completing time-sensitive onboarding, including district-specific drug screening and fingerprinting
