Are you a licensed ESL educator with a passion for cultural diversity and language development? We’re seeking a committed and culturally aware English Language (EL) Teacher to join a Hmong cultural school in St. Paul, just 30 minutes from Bloomington for the 2025–2026 academic year.

Position Details:

• Location: St. Paul, MN (30 minute drive from Bloomington, MN)

• School Year: August 18, 2025 – June 12, 2026

• Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week

• Caseload: English Language Learner (ELL) classroom instruction

• Environment: Hmong cultural school – cultural awareness and sensitivity are essential

• Hourly Rate: $40+ (based on experience)

Non-Negotiable Requirement:

• Must hold an active Minnesota English as a Second Language (ESL) Teaching License
