State and Federal Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Education or related field.

• Valid Louisiana state teaching certification in the appropriate subject/grade level.

• Compliance with all state and federal education guidelines and mandates.

Job Description / Duties:

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with state standards.

• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.

• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to ensure student success.

• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and behavior.

• Participate in professional development and school events as required.
