This full-time, onsite contract position runs from now through June 10, 2027, offering 35 hours per week and the chance to inspire students in a supportive setting that includes both emotional support and autistic support programs.

Successful candidates will demonstrate excellence in curriculum mastery, instructional skills, and resource utilization. Developing and delivering lesson plans aligned with current state and district standards, youll use formative assessments and differentiation to drive student success across general education classes. Your expertise will help maintain an engaging, inclusive classroom culture, integrating strong behavioral management while supporting students in an urban setting, including those with special needs.

Qualifications and Required Experience:

• Bachelors degree required to obtain emergency teaching permit
• Active Pennsylvania teaching certification/license suitable for assigned caseload
• Experience working in schools, especially with special needs students
• Strong classroom management and behavioral intervention skills
• Comfort and adaptability within urban school environments
• Familiarity or direct experience with emotional and autistic support programs
• Successful completion of all required PA clearances
• Ability to work onsite, between 8:30AM-4PM without schedule accommodations
• Reliable transportation to and from the work location
