Bilingual Dual Language Teachers (Elementary & Middle School) Zion, IL

Blazer Jobs is now hiring Bilingual Dual Language Teachers for the 2025–2026 school year in Zion, Illinois. We are currently interviewing for both full-time and part-time roles at the elementary and middle school levels.

The district is seeking Spanish-speaking teachers for most positions, but candidates fluent in other languages are encouraged to apply as well. These roles are designed to promote academic success, bilingualism, and cross-cultural understanding through dual language immersion instruction.

Position Highlights:

• Full-time and part-time roles available

• Elementary and middle school settings

• Start date: August 2025

• Partner language: Spanish preferred; other languages considered

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver academic instruction in both English and the partner language

• Support English Language Learners and native English speakers in bilingual settings

• Collaborate with general education staff to meet curriculum and language goals

• Differentiate instruction based on students’ language proficiency

• Build a culturally inclusive classroom environment

Qualifications:

• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)

• Bilingual or ESL endorsement strongly preferred

• Fluency in English and a partner language (Spanish preferred)

• Prior experience in dual language or bilingual programs is a plus
