Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – 1:1 School-Based Role
Location: Near Worcester, MA
Contract Dates: ASAP – June 18, 2025
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite Only
We are urgently seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support an 8th-grade student with complex medical needs in a school setting. This is a full-time, contracted role with immediate onboarding and training available.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one medical care for a student throughout the school day

Perform tracheostomy care and suctioning (training available if needed)

Administer medications as prescribed

Monitor and document health status and interventions

Communicate and collaborate with the school team, family, and medical staff
Qualifications:

Active LPN or LVN license in Massachusetts
-
School-based experience strongly preferred
-
Prior experience with trach care, suctioning, or similar is ideal
-
CORI background check and fingerprint clearance required
-
May use a letter of suitability from a previous employer if available
Must be available for a Zoom interview
