Full-Time 1:1 LPN High School Student Support outside Charlotte

Blazer Jobs is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide full-time 1:1 care for a high school student in the Rock Hill, South Carolina area. This position is for the 2025–2026 school year and requires an individual who can ride the school bus with the student daily.

Job Description:
The nurse will support a high school student requiring consistent medical care throughout the school day. Responsibilities include monitoring the student’s health needs, administering prescribed treatments, responding to medical emergencies, and maintaining detailed documentation. The LPN will ride the bus with the student to and from school to ensure safe transport and continuous care.

Position Details:

• Full-time, full school year

• Monday through Friday, school hours

• 1:1 assignment with a high school student

• Riding the school bus is required (morning and afternoon)

Requirements:

• Active South Carolina LPN license

• Current CPR certification

• Prior pediatric, school-based, or 1:1 experience preferred

• Comfortable with mobility and bus transportation duties
