LPN School-Based Support | Blaine, MN | 2025-2026 School Year

We’re looking for a compassionate and energetic Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join a supportive team in Forest Lake, just 25 minutes from Blaine, for the 2025-2026 school year. This unique role blends nursing responsibilities with hands-on classroom support for high school-aged students with significant cognitive delays.

Position Details:

• Start Date: 09/04/2025

• End Date: 06/04/2026

• Schedule: Monday–Friday (Thursdays and Fridays required)

• Hours: 31.25 hours/week

• Location: Onsite in Forest Lake, MN (25 minute drive from Blaine, MN)

• Hourly Rate: $37+ per hour, with full benefits

Role Breakdown:

• 20% nursing duties (including care for a student with a feeding tube)

• 80% student support (toileting assistance, physical classroom tasks, etc.)

• Work with high school students functioning at a 3–5-year-old developmental level

• Very physical role with close student interaction and care

Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in MN

• CPR and First Aid certified (preferred)

• Comfortable in a physically demanding, high-engagement environment

• Experience with toileting and feeding tubes is a plus
