Schedule: Full-Time, 35 hours/week, Monday–Friday
Setting: School-Based (Not 1:1)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our school health services team in Pontiac, MI, for the 2025–2026 school year. This role supports a diverse student population with varying health needs (specific caseload to be discussed during the interview).
Responsibilities:

Provide health services and first aid to students and staff

Administer medications and manage health plans in accordance with state and district guidelines

Monitor and document student health concerns

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administration to support student well-being

Respond to medical emergencies as needed
Requirements:

Active Michigan LPN license

Prior school nursing experience required

Strong communication, organizational, and assessment skills

Ability to work effectively in a school team environment
