Position Overview:
Kent School District is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct healthcare support to students during the 2025–2026 school year. The LPN will support student health needs across the school day, collaborate with staff and families, and ensure a safe learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily health services including medication administration, treatments, and first aid.

• Monitor and manage chronic health conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes, seizures).

• Support students with complex medical needs or individualized health plans.

• Document and maintain accurate health records.

• Collaborate with the school RN, teachers, and parents to promote student health and safety.

• Respond to medical emergencies following school protocols.

Qualifications:

• Active Washington State LPN license (required).

• Pediatric or school nursing experience preferred.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work as part of a collaborative school health team.
