Work Hours: Monday–Friday | 6:00 AM – 12:30 PM

We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide healthcare services for a school district in Madison, GA!
Primary Duties
- Will be riding the bus and delivering general medical and trach care to an elementary student
- Communicate and collaborate with school staff and families to promote wellness
- Address health concerns promptly and maintain clear, up-to-date health records
Job Highlights
- Full Time: 32.5 hours / week
- Morning Shift: 6am - 12:30pm
- Contract period runs from 28-Jul-2025 to 22-May-2026
- Caseload: 1:1 bus riding with an elementary student
Requirements
- Current and valid LPN license in Georgia (mandatory)
- CPR certification up to date
- Must have trach experience
- Ability to manage student health needs confidently and independently
