Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Current, active South Carolina LPN license
• School-based nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Comfortable providing 1:1 care as well as managing a wider caseload
• Adaptable and collaborative within multidisciplinary school teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to students with a range of health conditions, both individually and in group settings
• Administer prescribed medications, health interventions, and emergency care as required
• Maintain detailed and confidential health records, adhering to all privacy and compliance standards
• Communicate with families, educators, and other staff regarding student health plans and wellbeing
• Support the development and implementation of Individualized Healthcare Plans (IHPs)
