We’re looking for a compassionate and committed School LPN to support student health and wellness in a school setting near Minneapolis, MN. In this vital role, you’ll provide essential medical care, maintain accurate health records, and help manage the daily operations of the school health office. This position is perfect for someone with excellent communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and a genuine enthusiasm for working with children and adolescents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid and emergency care to students and staff.
• Administer medications and manage chronic health conditions according to care plans.
• Conduct health screenings and maintain accurate student health records.
• Communicate with parents, guardians, and healthcare providers about student health concerns.
• Collaborate with school staff to address health-related issues affecting student performance.
• Provide health education on topics such as nutrition, hygiene, and disease prevention.
• Support a safe and healthy school environment by following infection control guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state of MN.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Previous experience in a pediatric or school setting preferred.
