Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver 1:1 care for a student requiring tracheostomy support during after-school program hours (M, W, TH, F: 2:456:00 PM; Tu: 1:306:00 PM)
• Monitor students vital signs and respond immediately to medical needs
• Work collaboratively with educational staff to maintain a safe, accessible academic environment
• Document care provided and report on students health status as needed
• Coordinate with guardians and healthcare professionals to support the students care plan
