Job Description:

BlazerJobs is hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a full-time 1:1 position supporting a newly diagnosed diabetic 5th grade student in Piedmont, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working closely with a supportive school team.

  • Contract Dates: Aug 11, 2025 – June 5, 2026

  • Schedule: 35 hours/week

  • Caseload: 1:1, 5th-grade student with Type 1 Diabetes

  • Pay: $34.10/hour (weekly pay)

  • Requirements: Active CA LVN License

  • Interview Format: 10–15 min virtual interview via Zoom
