Contract - Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Full-Time | School-Based Role - School Year 2025/2026

Blazer Jobs is actively interviewing experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a full-time school-based position with school districts in the Philadelphia, PA area. This role is an excellent opportunity for compassionate and dedicated LPNs who thrive in educational settings and enjoy working closely with students and school staff.

Minimum Requirements to Apply:

• Valid Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing

• Current CPR/BLS certification

• Must meet Pennsylvania Department of Education health service personnel requirements

• Recent school nursing or pediatric experience preferred

• Ability to pass school district background checks and health screenings

Typical Responsibilities:

• Provide daily health support to students, including medication administration and health assessments

• Manage care for students with chronic medical conditions

• Monitor and respond to emergency medical situations

• Maintain accurate health records and document services provided

• Collaborate with Certified School Nurses, teachers, and families to support student wellness

• Support implementation of individualized health plans (IHPs)

• Assist with state-mandated health screenings and immunization compliance
