Per Diem Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) School District Sub Pool | Plymouth, MN

Blazer Jobs is proud to partner with a growing school district in Plymouth, MN, to hire Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for the current school year. This is a per diem, onsite role as part of the substitute nurse pool. Assignments vary by day and are based on the age group and caseload of the nurse you are covering. Renewal opportunities for the following school year are based on both performance and district needs. With the district continuing to expand, a sub role could potentially transition into a full-time placement.

Daily Responsibilities May Include:

• Providing direct healthcare services to students (medication administration, treatments, monitoring)

• Assisting with care plans for students with chronic conditions or special healthcare needs

• Maintaining accurate student health records and documentation

• Collaborating with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to support student well-being

• Responding to medical emergencies and implementing appropriate protocols

State Requirements:

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of Minnesota

• CPR and First Aid certification

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
