Licensed Practical Nurse (Substitute) – Plymouth, MN

Blazer Jobs is seeking qualified Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for substitute roles with schools in Plymouth, MN. This is an excellent opportunity to provide student health support on an as-needed basis.

Requirements:

• Active Minnesota LPN license.

• Current CPR and First Aid certification.

• Previous experience working with children or in educational health settings preferred.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to students, including medication administration.

• Assist with medical procedures and health care plans.

• Monitor students with chronic health conditions.

• Respond to health emergencies and document care provided.

• Collaborate with the school nurse, teachers, and families.
