1:1 School Nurse (LPN) Needed Full-Time Support for High School Student | Rock Hill, SC

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide 1:1 support for a high school student who is a disabled quadriplegic in Rock Hill, SC. This is a full-time, onsite position offering 37.5 hours per week during the 2025–2026 school year.

The nurse will play a vital role in supporting the student throughout the school day and during transportation. This includes riding the bus with the student to and from school, ensuring their health and safety during transit and on campus.

Position Details:

• Location: Rock Hill, SC

• Schedule: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week)

• Hourly Rate: TBD + benefits available

• Caseload: 1:1 care for a medically fragile high school student

• Transportation: Must ride the bus with student both to and from school

Requirements:

• Must hold an active LPN license in South Carolina

• Previous experience with medically fragile students or school-based nursing is a plus

• Compassionate, reliable, and comfortable providing personal care and mobility support
